So apparently somebody in OKCity was stealing food from an Arbys while proclaiming himself to have come from a post-apocalyptic future in which most of humanity is dead.

Did... did anyone check him for the x-gene? Ya know, just in case?

Not that I know of and while I am fairly certain this man is probably suffering a mental illness, I will inquire as to his health and genetic status. It would, ah, not be outside the realm of possibility.

He was not claiming his name was John Titor, no? Because if so, that is certainly fraud, so I am told be reliable sources who understand internet fraud.
