Whoever it was that carried me up to my room after I crashed out on the lawn after the fireworks show, thanks. I really do appreciate not waking up cold and wet outside in the dew.

You are very untrusting of the morals of the people in this place where you live... it is as though you do not know about the old telepath who owns this place and likely ensures no such terrible things happen here.

Nice guys can be assholes. Everyone can be assholes. Women are not precluded from this generalization. But something like what you alluded to happening here is less likely than at a public event, purely because the people here have so many morals. Honestly, it is very exhausting sometimes.

Thank you for thinking I am fine, though. I appreciate this declaration on behalf of my own morals, at the least.

You know, my family had a lot of morals and sent me off to straght camp to learn how to be a real girl not a queer. 

I know girls at school - and here too, probably - who were hurt by really moral guys.

You understand why i think carrying an unconscious girl inside and not letting her know who did it was pretty wrong,  right?

But these are different morals, are they not? Your family's 'morals' involved who you should be and what you should do. These people and their morals... they are more about who they should be and what they should do.

So you see, it is not dictation. At least, this is my thought. They are very... irritating in the way they must always 'do the correct thing,' but none of them have attempted to make me 'do the correct thing.' Whatever that right thing might be.

But oui, yes. I understand why you think that was a wrong choice. It is only - to leave her there by herself in the dark or to bring her inside and dump her in her room. Waking her up was, I promise you, not an option. She would not wake up. She looked somewhat like a fish on land... and she is very lucky I am not interested in paparazzi money, because I took no blackmail pictures.

I appreciate the concern Xavin, but the last time I overtaxed my powers I slept through... um... M-Day. This wasn't quite that level but I did go all out last night so... yeah.

So it's quite possible whoever it was did try.
